The guarantee applies to customers who have purchased and installed qualifying Apex furnace or air conditioning systems.

Systems must be installed and maintained according to Apex specifications and manufacturer guidelines.

Customer must provide complete utility billing history as outlined below.

Customers must supply copies of their utility bills for both the current season and the same months from the previous year to establish a performance comparison.

Savings are calculated by comparing energy usage for equivalent periods, adjusted for weather and usage where applicable.

Furnace season: Through March 31st of the current heating season.

Air conditioning season: Through September 30th of the current cooling season.

The guarantee applies only to the relevant season following installation.

If verified savings are less than 10% during the applicable season, Apex will issue a credit toward the customer’s Apex account.
